So happy that I found someone I can count on with my household problems. Jared is quite capable from the smallest problems to the larger ones around the house.

Whenever I have a problem, I just call Jared. He's always willing to help me and many times on short notice. He does quality work and he's such a great guy to work with....very patient, kind, and willing to help in any way possible.

In a word, "Impressive"! From the very first consultation, Jared proved himself to be very transparent, knowledgeable and dependable. And his crew, are some of the hardest working people & able to turn on a dime! (for example, they started out to complete the initial project scheduled for that day, discovered some structural issues, that entailed having to do even more work to get access to the damage to make the needed repairs, and still completed the project in just one day!) And, as we have an older home, there were similar occurrences throughout the renovation as was to be expected, but Jared kept the expenses well within reason. None of the crew members ever complained and they kept us apprised during the entire process. We are appreciative for everyone with Big Monkey Renovations- and highly recommend them!

A few months back we set out to improve our outdoor space on our back deck. We had a hot tub, table & chairs, and a drill all crammed into a 10x20 deck. There simply wasn't enough room, and the surround was deteriorating and very tired. So, we designed a simple 10x12 extension and set out to find the right contracting partner to bid the work. I asked around, especially on the Dads of Southern Wake NC Facebook group and people told me, "Go with Big Monkey Renovation and Repair...you won't regret it.

Fast-forward...Jared and his team came out to get started working on a modified design to our original plan adding some more space than the original 10x12 extension. Jared helped come up with some options that sounded great to us. Work started and it went at a VERY rapid pace! The best part of this story, however, is that at the end of Day 2, there were things about the design we had agreed to that we just didn't like after seeing it built and in place. We wrestled with it a bit but decided we just weren't going to be happy with it as-is. I texted Jared to let him know we had some significant changes, and I would talk them over with him the morning of Day 3.

We talked it through, and it was, "No problem, Jeremy...We want you guys to love your new deck." I quickly sketched the changes and showed them to Alex on the crew and they were off to the races. In ONE DAY, they had fully implemented all the changes involving adding all-new hand railings, changing the stair sizes and locations, undoing some previous work around the hot tub, and installing the new privacy surround. ONE DAY. **AMAZING** 

The Dad's group was right...I don't regret going with Big Monkey Renovation and Repair one bit. We LOVE our new deck and can't wait to cook out there this weekend and stain it in a few weeks.

Talked to Jared yesterday, showed up today while I was at work to start on the gate/fence outside. It was done by the time I got home and he was a rock star fixing hmm kitchen island drawers and changed the lockset on my front door all before dinner. Great guy, great job, reliable and a new go to guy when I need things fixed! Thank you Jared.
